Throughout the last decade I have seen the struggles and frustrations that students, parents and families have faced due to the lack of attention, time and resources available within the school system for elementary aged students with mild to moderate disabilities.

Exceeding Expectations is not a one size fits all model.
Every student and family will have different needs
and I am here to support them in whatever way
works best for each individual and family.

What People Are Saying

“Nicolle is truly one of a kind! "

She cares deeply for every student she supports and is dedicated to making a difference. Nicolle has a wide range of knowledge and experience including Special Education, Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and Common Core State Standards. Your child will enjoy working with her and will absolutely make progress towards their academic goals.”

“Put simply, Nikki had a profound impact on our daughter. ”

Recently, Sophia began kindergarten at the public school in our neighborhood. Typically a shy and anxious child, Sophia has grown in confidence and determination under the tutelage of Nikki. Her teacher’s have remarked with her adaptiveness to dealing with a new environment and her general curiosity. I believe both of these traits were developed under Nikki’s guidance.

Ford picked up skills much quicker than we or online schooling could have taught him."

We saw a drastic change in his writing and math skills. She always had fun crafts and experiments they were doing.  I would recommend Nikki to anyone looking for an all-inclusive, fun, and down right educational experience to have Nikki work with their children.

“It is impossible to not get drawn in by her energy, and her passion for helping families beyond a traditional classroom. ”

This was nothing short of a God send and a miracle for our family. Our boys didn’t skip a beat during COVID because of Miss Nikki. She is truly a one of a kind gem who radiates passion for helping children succeed. If Miss Nikki had a school we would sign up in a second. She’s truly the best.
